Param Software Services Pvt. Ltd (PSSPL) has been associated with us as our software consultant for last two years.

Our relationship started with a small Database management application for contact management. However with their in-depth understanding of our business requirements, they came up with many innovative suggestions which resulted into Integrated Business solution “Param Customer Management System - PCMS ver.1.0”.

Today PCMS manages our end-to-end business requirements from business proposals to sales and dispatch. The extensive reporting features of PCMS helps keep us in total control of our business. PCMS is at the core of our business and has become real backbone of our IT infrastructure.

Looking at the business benefits due to successful implementation of PCMS ver. 1, we have decided to go ahead with the phase 2 of PCMS to incorporate the remaining business functionalities.
