ZDK Interactive is developing a range of astrological web services and related internet tools. On the recommendation of a colleague we engaged Param in June 2006. Since then we have been very pleased with their high quality and consistent work. As a small company, ZDK lacks the resources to tightly specify a project so it is important that our outsourcing partner is able to creatively problem solve.

Param's scheduling flexibility is also important as some projects require interaction with counterparts in the US. The company has also been accommodating with the rush jobs that come up from time to time, requiring overnight turnaround. Perhaps unusual among such outsourcing partners, the same five team members have continued working on our projects so the skills built with one job are readily transferred to the next.
